This massage curated by Nicole provides a holistic approach to your wellbeing.
A haromonious massage designed to help alleviate tension for those seeking relief from tight muscles, injury, stress/chronic stress, calming of the nervous system, emotional restoration, an increase in circulation and a decrease of inflammation.

Mudra Focused Massage:
This massage is concentrated on personal areas of concern to help aid in restoring homeostasis balance & relief. Therapy begins with LMT discussing and designing a custom massage therapy plan. Your LMT will guide you in selecting the correct mind/body components that best aligned for you body’s need on the day of therapy session. This massage is a blend of massage techniques that range from relaxing, therapeutic to deep tissue and maternity, will include modalities such as myofascial stretching and trigger point acupressure.

Mudra F.A.C.E Aesthetics & Massage was birthed out of a dream that I had to create. FACE being an acronym for Facial Aesthetics Creating & Evolving. I have been obsessed with the beauty and design industry ever since I was a little girl, saving up weekly allowance money to purchase the newest months addition of Vogue Magazine, Seventeen & Harper’s Bazaar, inevitably ALWAYS turning to the Beauty editorial section first, to read up on the newest products, trends, and solutions for my own challenging combination skin type.
About 11 years ago as a professional in the industry I saw a need for more integrative options and services with a clean beauty/ green beauty emphasis.
As a licensed Aesthetician, well into my career, I decided to go back to school to continue my education in an AS degree in Health Science and become a Licensed Massage Therapist. There was not necessarily a “integrative position” for a multi trained therapist within my industry and my the position I was looking for wasn’t something I could easily apply for 8-10 years ago, there for I created it. I was so extremely passionate and inspired to help others in an integrative, holistic way, that I created a whole business surrounding the type of treatments and therapies I myself would be looking to receive.
Creating the esthetic overall to the energy, to the vibe and feel of the space/environments that I have created for my business to the material of the towels used in skincare treatments and other therapies(which is a sustainable sourced organic cotton towel).
Each detail matters to me and the ability to customize and cultivate a unique experience per individual, meeting that particular individual where they are at in life , in mind, in body, in spirit and in the consciousness/circumstance of where they are at on that particular day matters to me.
